OUR TEAM
Our care workers are very carefully selected and vetted. They are skilled in the tasks expected of them. In fact we would only employ people who we felt we could trust to look after our own disabled daughter, Amanda.
When we set out to choose our Carers, we quite simply ask ourselves this question: "What kind of person would we be happy with, caring for our daughter?" Well, we would naturally want them to be kind and compassionate, but also responsible and dedicated to her needs. They should also be patient, and have a sense of humour. In short, an Amandacarer!
